At GKS, we start as we mean to go on. Every Security Officer’s career begins with a three-part induction.
Part One – Induction Training For New Recruits
All new recruits (including those who transferred) completed a five-day off-site security induction training courses. If necessary, arrangement will be put in place to ensure that training does not affect the level of cover. Exact course content will be tailored and agreed with each client.
Part Two – Site Specific Training
Once assigned to a contract, Security Officers undergo specific training. Tailored to the needs of the contract and the client’s Assignment Instructions, also this training is normally carried out on site, ate the end of which Security Officers will be tested. The Operations Manager will ensure that all Security Officers have passed the Site Specific Training Programme.
Part Three – Continuation Training
Ongoing development programme ensures that staff maintains the highest standards and keeps abreast of technological advancements, industry best practice and any changes to regulatory on contract requirements.
